Arlene Cunningham is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. Her specialties include Swedish Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Hydrotherapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Kinesiology Taping.
Arlene has been in the dental field for over twenty years and massage was always a core part of her personal self-care. Massage helped bring her body back into balance and achieve mental clarity as well. She is well versed in the intake process of listening to a client’s needs in creating a treatment plan that is both therapeutic and relaxing.
Whether you are in pain or looking for relaxation, Arlene will customize each massage for your specific neesds.
In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, cooking and entertaining at home.
