Kathy graduated from Somerset School of Massage Therapy. Shortly after graduation, she returned to the school as a teaching assistant and later, lead instructor. She is trained in numerous massage modalities, including: Swedish Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and Prenatal/Postpartum massage. Kathy has taken numerous childbirth education classes and previously worked as a birth doula.

In addition to athletes and prenatal clients, Kathy provides massage for post-op patients, and individuals diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson’s Disease.

Kathy has been an active volunteer of the American Massage Therapy Association
(AMTA) since 2004, serving in various committee and board roles. She has also volunteered her time providing massages for teen mothers, disabled veterans, athletes of various
sporting events, and hospice care patients.

Her hobbies include weight training, rock wall climbing and endurance running. She ran
Boston 2013 & 2014, Marine Corps Marathon 2013 & 2015, and Rocky 50K run in
Philadelphia. She also practiced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for a brief time and hopes to return to it soon.

Kathy’s approach to each session integrates various massage techniques based on the client’s goals and generally fall under the category of “Therapeutic or Sports Massage,” but if you are looking for something specific, she offers the following appointments:

60/75/90 minute Therapeutic or Sports Massage
60/75/90 minute Myofascial Release

60/75/90 minute Neuromuscular Therapy
60/75/90 minute Pre-natal or Post-partum Massage
