Adam is a skilled and intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Warren County Community College in 2019. He is trained in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Stretching.
Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist Adam worked for three years under the tutelage of Paula Czapla at A Life in Balance Physical Therapy and Wellness in Flemington. There, he developed an understanding of how the motor control center of the brain will learn and store dysfunctional movement patterns eventually leading to pain and discomfort and how treating the symptoms (pain) is not always the answer. Stress is the number one cause of creating dysfunctional movement patterns and after working with hundreds of clients Adam understands that the first step of recovery is calming the Central Nervous System (CNS) and that massage is one of the greatest modalities to accomplish that.
Adam looks forward to working with you and creating a plan to fit your needs and goals.
When not working with clients Adam really enjoys his motorcycles, hiking with dog Ziggy, Golf, practicing QI Gong, and his girlfriend said he better say enjoying time with her!

Adam uses an integrative approach to his massages based on client goals, but also offers the following specific modalities:
60/75/90 minute Therapeutic or Sports Massage
60/75/90 minute Myofascial Release
60/75/90 minute Neuromuscular Therapy
